I am having a very difficult time contacting this company. I ordered this ready to ship lehenga last Wednesday and it should have shipped Friday. It wasn’t ordered custom. I ordered two other lehengas from two other companies the same way and both were shipped last week and on the way to me. All I wanted was an email regarding the status and I’ve not been contacted as promised. I am up rn at 3am my time thinking someone might answer the customer service phone between 9a and 12 noon India time, or man the chat after 12p as it says online. I need this lehenga before the end of the month for an engagement party. If lashkaraa cannot fulfill my order in time, I need to know so I can order from one of my other companies who can!

Ordered a custom fit dress with a custom cut blouse. Team checked my measurements were correct and gave me instructions on how to measure certain areas. The dress arrived within two weeks of my order with the exact cut and measurements I requested. Fabric and design was just as described/pictured. The entire process was very efficient.
