Inconsistent measurements
The site gives a dozen ways to take your measurements with a picture guide, but even with using a proper fabric tape, and submitting true to size results, the shipped product needs alterations on arrival. And because you choose custom stitching, it cannot be returned. And even if you return it, shipping costs are on you. We've made several orders in the past 2 months, using the delivered dresses to help determine why the measurements are off, prior to ordering the next dress, and still the inconsistency for a proper fit.
We would recommend buying unstitched and taking it to a local seamstress for alterations.
