- If a product is unavailable due to quality check issues or cannot be stitched to your custom measurements, we will inform you within 72 hours of order placement. You will be asked to choose an alternative Eid Promise product. If no alternative is selected, the order will be canceled and refunded.
- Lashkaraa is not liable for delivery delays caused by holidays, weather, customs delays, political issues, or any other unexpected shipping carrier delays.
