Our aim at Lashkaraa is to provide the best service towards all of its customers and to keep all our customers fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the product for a return. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange the product and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns. If an item is found in used condition during our inspection after receiving the return product, the product will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
* Never send back a item without consulting the return with us and first receiving approval from our end. Its very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us - no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

We may ask for a digital image of the product for verification purposes.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Merchandise must have all tags.
All Sale merchandise is "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
All custom stitched items cannot be returned and are "Final Sale".
Jewelry, hair accesories, cosmetic/skincare products cannot be returned.
Refunds and Processing
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of 20% of your total purchase price, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
You, the customer, will be liable for all return shipping costs/customs charges which may be incurred in the return of the package back to us
A refund will only be issued once we receive your item for return. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier.
In the event that the error of the product is from our side, we will happily reimburse all shipping incurred by you and exchange the product or provide a store credit for the full product value.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a 'Free Shipping promotion', standard shipment charges will be deducted from the refund amount back to you.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.lashkaraa.com.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may be used to purchase e-gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
You, the customer, will be liable for all returns shipment and customs charges.
Just as it is our responsibility to assure that your order reaches you, it is your responsibility to make sure that your return reaches us. For this reason, we ask that tracking information be provided for ALL returns so both sides may keep track on the progress of the return. Please note that we are NOT liable for any courier misdeliveries, courier delays, or customs delays incurred by your chosen courier in delivering your return back to us.
