Q: How do I place an order?
- A: To place an order, simply follow the steps below for a seamless ordering experience:
- Select the item you wish to place an order for (If stitching will be needed, be sure to add stitching options)
- Add the item to your shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout.
- Enter your billing & shipping details and any applicable coupon codes.
- Select your method of payment - credit card details will be entered on the same page while those paying with paypal will be redireceted to the paypal website to complete the order.
- Woohoo! You've successfully placed an order. You will be able to view your order # and order details on the final screen. You'll also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided by you at checkout.
Q: I've placed an order, when will I receive it?
- A: The processing time required to get each product ready for dispatch is listed on the respective product page. An additional 4 days are required for items ordered with custom stitching. 4-5 business days will be required for the shipment transit time.
Q: How will my order be delivered to me?
- A: We at Lashkaraa only work with reputed carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and Air Wings India Courier. Your order will be dispatched through one of these reputed couriers. You'll also be receiving a tracking number in your shipment confirmation e-mail so you may also keep track on your order status.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
- A: Checking your order status is very easy - simply log in to your Lashkaraa account and proceed to My Account section. From there, click on the Orders tab, where you will be able to view the item(s) ordered and respective status for each.
Q: I just placed an order but need to cancel it. How can I do this?
- A: To cancel an order, please mail us IMMEDITATELY (within 24 hours) of order placement to cancel your order for a full refund. Please note that order cancellations requested after a 24 hour timeframe will incur a 20% re-stocking fee as all orders do go into processing after this time frame. Cancellations for custom stitched Lashkaraa Exclusive products requested after 14 days of order placement will incur a 50% penalty fee. If you are cancelling this order due to a delay from our end and the specific product has not dispatched within the noted timeframe, your cancellation will be processed in full with no fees deducted. NOTE: Ready to Ship items CANNOT be cancelled or REPLACED since we dispatch these items within 48 hrs of order placement and these items are processed immediately after order placement.
Q: I want to replace an item in my order. How can I do this?
- To replace an item item in your order with another item, please mail us IMMEDITATELY (within 24 hours) of order placement to replace the item(s) in your order with another item(s) of your choice. If the request is made within 24 hours of order placement, no additional fees shall be assessed. Please note that modifications made to your order after 24 hours of order placement will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original price paid for the item and the new item will be added at the original cost (including stitching options selected). Coupon codes will not be applicable to items replaced in the order after 24 hours of order placement. A fee will be assessed after 24 hours of order placement because your order goes into processing after 24 hours of order placement and the original garment you ordered will have already been under the production process at this point.
Q: Do I need to make an account to shop at Lashkaraa?
- A: No, you do not need to make an account to shop with us. However, registering an account with us allows for a faster checkout and personalized recommendations catered to your style. You'll also be able to view the current, real-time status of your order within your Lashkaraa account. When checking out as a Guest, we'll always give you the option to register your account in-case you change your mind.
Q: Do you offer any coupons or special deals for your customers?
- A: Yes, we do offer coupons and special deals for our customers. You may sign up for our newsletter to view these special deals from time to time. However, please note that discount codes are only available on our website and are not applicable on custom/bridal orders.
Q: Can we use more than one coupon/promo codes on a single purchase?
- A: No, only one coupon code is applicable on single purchase. No two or more coupon codes can be used on a single purchase i.e Coupon codes cannot be clubbed.
