After having placed my order, I realized I had made a mistake, so I returned to the Lashkaraa website to rectify it, and two Lashkaraa team members worked efficiently, most courteously, and effectively to correct my error. Additionally, they responded to me personally via email to assure me the order would be delivered on a timely basis as promised, which it did. I am most impressed with Lashkaraa, and I genuinely hope that other online retailers will model their business practices after them! The Lashkaraa team is the best!!
And, like icing on the cake, the lehenga and kurta set I ordered were even more beautiful in person than I had expected, far more stunning than any picture could possibly represent. They are made of high-quality silk and brocade fabrics, and are embroidered and detailed with precision and care, which is immediately apparent.
