The lehanga quality is great but I was very disappointed with Lashkara on this product. Initially, I ordered boat neck blouse design with sleeve which is not in their custom design. I made this special request to see if they could make that design but their tailoring team said that was not possible then I switched to sweetheart neck and him design which is sleeve less. Laskhara team kept asking me to pay $10 fee for sleeve and I didnt quite understand what exactly the fee was for since sweetheart neck design is sleeveless. This communication gap got me very frustrated as no one explained what the fee was for. At last, out of frustration I requested Lashkara to design the blouse the model is wearing. I am not sure if it was too late in the game so when this product was shipped, I had no clue what blouse design I was getting. When I received it, Lashkara designed sweetheart neck design with sleeve on it. I was so disappointed to see the sleeve on this design. This is not what I had asked for. Had they communicated what the fee was for, I would have clearly mentioned I need the blouse design as they had on their website. I had to find a tailor to get the sleeve off but never the less, it did create hassle for me to find a tailor to fix it for a wedding that was just few days away. Some of their team member clearly lack communication skills and laskhara needs to train them better for better customer service.
