COVID-19

In response to COVID-19, our company has already taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our staff and wellbeing of our customers.

We already:

• Conduct wellness checks to confirm the health of each employee before entering our offices and factory

• Employ robust procedures around cleaning and sanitization (including deep cleaning of our floor and surfaces every 2 hours by our cleaning staff - including keyboards, tailoring machines and embroidery machines)

• Mandate handwashing with warm water for 20 seconds every hour and between tasks

• Require those who are sick to self quarantine for 14 days

 

Many global health agencies (such as the CDC and WHO) have confirmed that COVID-19 cannot be transmitted through packages. However, as an extra precautionary measure, we are also sure to disinfect all packages before dispatch.

At this time, our deliveries are NOT impacted by COVID-19 and will continue as per schedule. We understand many countries have blocked international travelers, however, this ban does not affect packages at this time and will not affect your order.
