I had a very disappointing experience purchasing an Indian outfit from this seller.
The seller offered custom sizing, so I provided my body measurements as indicated on their own website. Instead, it appears that my body measurements were used directly as the garment measurements, without accounting for the additional room needed for the outfit to fit properly. This completely defeats the purpose of offering custom sizing.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the seller's response when I raised the issue. Rather than acknowledging the difference between body measurements and garment measurements or attempting to find a reasonable solution, the seller insisted that I had confirmed the sizing. However, I had confirmed my body measurements, I did not agree to have those exact measurements used as the finished garment measurements. These are two entirely different things. Simply asking customers to confirm their measurements does not excuse a failure to account for the necessary ease in garment construction. Unfortunately, the seller refused to acknowledge the issue and offered no resolution on their own.
I would strongly advise anyone from ordering from this seller, especially if you are relying on their custom sizing service.
