I purchased this lengha, along with another, for an engagement party and was unfortunately disappointed with the overall experience. Both dresses were delayed by two weeks, which was especially frustrating since I had chosen these specific lenghas due to the promised delivery date, which was a week before the event. The shipping estimates provided were not accurate, so I would strongly recommend budgeting extra time to avoid any potential issues.

Additionally, I was not made aware that if you order two lenghas with different shipping estimates, both will be shipped together according to the later date. This would have been helpful to know during checkout, as it caused an unexpected delay for both items.

On a positive note, the design of the lengha is stunning, and I’m happy with the quality of the fabrics considering the price point. However, I did encounter some issues with the fit. I opted for the customized stitching to achieve a better fit, but unfortunately, the blouse was still too large. Thankfully this can be fixed and I’ll be taking it to my tailor but the need to do so defeats the purpose of offering a customized lengha. If you’re considering customizations, I would recommend sizing down an inch or so for a more tailored fit.

While the customer service team was ultimately helpful, I did experience delays in communication, requiring some follow-up to get responses to my emails.

If the Lashkara team is looking for constructive feedback - to improve the customer experience, it would be beneficial if shipping estimates were more accurate and transparent at checkout. Additionally, offering clearer guidance on how multiple orders with different shipping timelines will be handled could help set proper expectations. Lastly, providing more detailed instructions or recommendations for customized stitching, especially for those looking for a more fitted look, would be useful to avoid sizing issues.

Overall, the product quality is great I would give it 4 stars, but the shipping delays and sizing issues left me with mixed feelings about my overall experience thus the 3 star review.

I got custom stitching and it came out perfect with extra clasps for skirt sizing and extra fabric in the blouse. Gorgeous lehenga, I got tons of compliments on it!

I was somewhat skeptical that the blouse stitching would come out right (particularly when it’s me taking the measurements) but took the chance. I received an email that suggested some adjustments and after me measuring them, I made some minor changes. So happy with the result. The blouse fit my daughter perfectly, and the entire outfit was lovely. Thank you!

This is truly a beautiful lehenga... I can hardly wait to wear it !!!
