This dress arrived 23 days after the 7 days shipping date promised when I ordered it for an event on April 10. After many emails back and forth it arrived 2 days ago on a Saturday. My tailor said the alternations needed are too many for the dress to be ready in time for my event. I will be returning the dress and hope there isn’t as much aggravation getting my refund. Disappointed doesn’t even begin the describe this experience.

I heard great reviews about Lashkaraa so thought I would try an outfit for my nephews wedding.
The 1st on I ordered was unstitched and I couldn’t make head or tail of the fabric, so I returned that process was so simple and the amount was refunded once the parcel had reached them. I then ordered a custom stitched one and the customer service was amazing, with the measurements I gave to what their tailor recommended was 10/10. Also once the parcel was shipped I had up to date information, I would definitely recommend Lashkaraa. Will buy again.
