Horrible Customer service

If you are having a big event coming up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Not only did they lie about the delivery date as we bought, however when we tried to work with them to ship our engagement outfits on time, they were very dismissive about our concerns and did not seem to care to try and help deliver on time despite being told we were relying on them (and initially proving a delivery date that worked) .
Also refused to take any responsibility and when given options to use faster courier services that would ensure that the outfits would make it on time, refused. Very disappointing experience

I ordered a custom design and the team was very attentive and quick with thei responses. The pieces are beautiful and Im excited to e=wear them at my first south asian wedding.
