I like it but the zip came broken so that was a little sad

Ok but some drawbacks

According to the size guide, I am between sizes. I got the larger size, so was a bit surprised that a) it was *almost* too tight in the bust and b) it is too tight in the calves, which is not something I've ever experienced. If the invisible zippers on the legs went a few inches higher, it might be manageable, but even then it would be a challenge. I can still sort-of get them on, but my movement is so restricted that if I can barely bend my knees. Luckily, there is a bit of seam allowance, so I'm going to attempt to expand it, hopefully without messing with the zippers.

My recommendation would be to get the custom sizing, and to pay close attention to the ankle/calf and bust measurements. Or, perhaps, Lashkaraa should add calf measurements to the size guide, since I at least would not have anticipated sizing issues there. Interestingly, another reviewer says their pants had far too loose of a calf. Maybe I'm not standard, and have just never noticed this in pants before. Who knows!

Other things: I appreciate the invisible zippers, which help give it a bit more of a fitted look. Other than the cuffs, the rest of the outfit is lined, which I am very grateful for as otherwise it would be horribly itchy. The embroidery quality is decent; there aren't any dragging threads. The "net" fabric of the dupatta is tulle, which I hadn't realized. This is a very rigid material, which affects its drape, and I think has an awful texture. The kurta's material (georgette) doesn't feel like real silk to me (feels like a polyester or rayon) but I could be wrong. Georgette can mean either. But it is pretty! It also shipped to the US incredibly quickly, and I think the price relative to what I could have bought on my timeline and/or within the US for the quality is quite reasonable.
