Very good service and prompt when I email they are very good to reply within 24 hours. The clothes are exactly the same as the pic slight difference in colour but that’s obviously due to studio lighting and professional pics! Fitting and sizing amazing I mentioned I wanted the outfit a certain way and they listened and did just that!! Will deffo be buying from them in the future!

the dress was so beautiful, the only reason I give it four stars is cuz it took a long time for it to come. the estimated delivery said it would take a week or so and i paid for express shipping and it took around a month and a half to come. I was really nervous since I needed it for an event, however I emailed the team every time I had a question and they responded fairly quickly. They also gave me a refund for the 50 dollars I paid for express shipping. So I will say the customer service is amazing. The dress itself was beautiful. I did custom sizing to make sure it fit me exactly how I wanted and it indeed fit me like a glove. It looks exactly the website. I will say tho, it looks much more like the color in the video and not what it looks like in the picture. I was prepared for that though so I loved it. definitely a favorite of mine and will order again!
