Living in North America, I do not have easy access to good quality or variety of south asian formal wear with a price tag that justifies the investment. For my wedding ceremony (I kept it low key), All I wanted was a simple, elegant outfit that fits me on the ocassion without the added headache of calculating the final delivery timing including any required alterations and customizations to be ready on time. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering from a different website that advertised a custom version of a designer outfit, and after waiting for 3 months, the final result was extremely poor quality and did not look anything like what was advertised. I was heartbroken as I did not have many options or backups. We had already chosen the colors for the occassion as pastels and the groom’s outfit was a light pink.

I came across Lashkaraa’s adverstiments on Instagram and was very impressed by their catalog and selected styles and designs. I was still uncertain about their quality, customer service or delivery times as it was my first time but I placed the order. At first they provided me an email update that I needed ID verification and this caused a bit of delay but did not elaborate on the new delivery date. I did have to follow up 3-4 times with their chat/call center. Although they were very polite, it was always the same update that it would be dispatched in 24-48 hours. It was little frustrating so I escalated the issue. Further to that, they promptly addressed and prioritized my request and the delivery was made on time.

I am extremely happy with this design as well as the size and how it fit me. Their size guide and tailoring is accurate. It is so pretty and with high quality tailoring, that is definitely worth the investment. I did not need any alterations and it was exactly the color I needed for my ceremony. I felt like a regal princess wearing it. Thank you Lashkaraa, for a great customer service and experience!
