• You must place your order by Oct 5th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
• Only items with the Diwali Promise text are eligible for the Diwali Promise guarantee.
• If you provided incorrect measurements, you must respond to our email within 24 hours for clarifications. Delayed responses will delay order processing and void the Diwali Promise.
• Orders delayed due to product change requests or hold order requests initiated by the customer are not eligible for the Diwali Promise.
• If a product is unavailable due to quality check issues or cannot be stitched to your custom measurements, we will inform you within 72 hours of order placement. You will be asked to choose an alternative Diwali Promise product. If no alternative is selected, the order will be canceled and refunded.
• Lashkaraa is not liable for delivery delays caused by holidays, weather, customs delays, political issues, or any other unexpected shipping carrier delays.
• If your order is delayed because you were not home, changed the delivery with the courier, or failed to pay applicable customs fees, you are responsible for the delay.
